Eleven current and former professional football and baseball players will sign autographs at the Sports Collectors Expo taking place Feb. 9 and 10 at the Clarion Hotel, 8250 Park Road, Batavia. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
Scheduled to appear on Saturday, Feb. 9 are Buffalo Bills Fred Jackson and TJ Graham from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., former Buffalo Bill Bryce Paup and former MLB player and coach Joe Altobelli from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., and former MLB pitching great Jack Morris from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Signing from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10 are former Miami Dolphins Larry Little, Mercury Morris and Jim Kiick, who all played on the Miami?s 1972 team that went 17-0. Signing from noon to 1:30 p.m. will be former Buffalo Bill Kenneth Davis. Another former Bill, Walt Patulski, will sign from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Rounding out the schedule, from 1 to 2:30 p.m., is current Green Bay Packers running back DuJuan Harris.
In addition to dozens of sports cards and memorabilia dealers, the event will also feature Alan ?Mr. Mint? Rosen and representatives of James Spence Authentication. Rosen will be paying cash for vintage cards and memorabilia. Call him at (201) 307-0700 or visit www.mrmint.com.
Admission is just $5 daily, with children 10 and under admitted free. Paid daily admission entitles guests to one free autograph from Altobelli on Saturday and Patulski on Sunday.
