It's a continue the story game, but you aren't necessarily continuing it from the same perspective as the previous poster. You can jump into the narrating another character and explaining how they came into the picture and explaining your interaction with the other characters. You can have your character swap places with the previous poster's character, you can mild meld the two temporarily. Anything goes as far as how you feel like going about the transition. It's dream logic, damn near anything is possible.
This thread is where we toss out some ideas about how to manage transitions and how to best go about it. See how well other players feel about your ideas before they are brought into the game so we have a good idea of how we're going adapt.
